Roles and Responsibilities:
1.The committee plays an essential role in upholding regulations, fostering a sense of accountability among students, and managing disciplinary matters.
2.Crafting, revising, and enforcing a code of conduct that delineates the anticipated conduct and moral benchmarks for students within the campus.
3.Ensuring students comply with the institution's established policies and guidelines.
4.Probing instances of unruly behavior, breaches of conduct, or rule infringements.
5.Extending counseling and guidance to students demonstrating behavioral challenges.
6.Providing supportive services to assist students in navigating and overcoming obstacles.
7.Collaborating with other committees, like the Anti-Ragging Committee, to tackle issues pertinent to student welfare and safety.
8.Organizing awareness sessions and seminars on campus regulations, ethical standards, and the significance of upholding discipline.
9.Overseeing student participation in lectures and other scholastic endeavors.
10.Documenting instances of disciplinary measures, cautions, and their subsequent resolutions.
11.Engaging with parents or guardians when warranted, particularly in instances of grave disciplinary concerns.
